Shortly after midnight on Sunday 2nd of September 1666 fire breaks out at Thomas Farriner’s bakery on Pudding Pane. Lord Mayor Sir Thomas Bloodworth is slow to react leaving the defense of the city to the citizens. Strong winds blow embers through the streets, quickly igniting spot fires through the night. With hand carried buckets filled at the river Thames, you and the other citizens of London must work together to put out the fires before the ancient city burns to the ground. Each of you lives in one of the boroughs or slums of the city. Do you stay and defend your home or do you help elsewhere to stop the fire coming to you? How much of the city must you let burn in order to save the rest?
